Your logo and all your printed materials, ready for the printer

Business cards, flyers, posters, roll-up banners: for every product, the size, bleed and safe area are already set. Design with more than 6,000 symbols and 38 fonts, preview the colours as they will print, and order printing without leaving the tool. The tool itself is currently in French.

The problem

A rejected file costs time and money

Hiring a designer is expensive when you're just starting out, and layout software takes hours to learn. A home-made file often comes back from the printer: missing bleed, text too close to the edge, a low-resolution image, or screen colours that change once printed.

With Logo Studio, you design your printed materials yourself, and the printer's rules are already applied: size, bleed, safe area and print colours.

The Logo Studio Export panel: vector SVG, print-ready PDF, PNG at 1,600 and 3,200 px, WebP, printed-colour preview, and options to use the logo as the app icon, the centre navigation button, the favicon or the directory listing picture.

Print-ready

The printer's rules, already applied

A printer expects a precise file: the exact size to the millimetre, bleed so the trim leaves no white edge, a safe area so nothing important gets cut off, and print colours rather than screen colours. In Logo Studio, these settings are already in place.

  • Bleed depends on the product: 2 mm for a business card, 3 mm for a flyer, 20 mm for a roll-up banner.
  • The safe area reflects how the product is used: on a roll-up banner, the bottom margin is deeper because the base cassette hides the bottom of the fabric.
  • Business cards, flyers, leaflets and postcards can be printed double-sided.
  • Colours are converted to CMYK with the FOGRA profile that matches the paper: FOGRA39 or FOGRA51 for coated paper, FOGRA52 for uncoated paper.
  • A preview shows you what will change on paper before you export or order.

Frequently asked questions

Before you start

Do I need to know how to draw?
No. You start from the product you want to print, build it from text, symbols and shapes, then adjust colours, sizes and fonts. Nothing is drawn freehand.
Will a printer accept my file?
It's set up to be: exact size, bleed, crop marks, safe area and print colours (CMYK) with the FOGRA profile that matches the paper, following print standards. A preview also shows how the colours will look on paper.
Is the logo or design created by AI?
No. Logo Studio is a design tool: you choose and place every element yourself, so you stay in control of every detail.
Which products can I order from the tool?
Currently: business cards, flyers, leaflets, posters, postcards, bookmarks, stickers, labels, roll-up banners and photo prints. Other products, such as headed paper or envelopes, can be designed in the tool and exported for the printer of your choice.
Can I use a logo I already have?
Yes. An SVG file stays editable element by element, and the tool converts a DXF file to SVG. You can also paste SVG code or import a PDF layout. A PNG, JPG or WebP image is imported as is: it is not turned into a vector drawing.
How much does Logo Studio cost?
Designing your logo and printed materials in Logo Studio costs nothing. Printing is paid for: its price depends on the product, the paper and the quantity, and is shown in the quote before you order. Logo Studio will open with Ngento sign-ups, and people on the waiting list will be told first.
Why "beta"?
Logo Studio is still being developed. Some products, sizes and settings may change, and we improve it with feedback from its first users.
Is the tool available in English?
No. For now, the tool is only available in French.
